On our way from Boston to Buffalo (home of Niagra Falls), we happily stumbled onto the Mecca for all things related to the game of basketball -- the Basketball Hall of Fame. A definite must-see for any basketball fan, the hall of fame is comprised of three full floors of basketball history -- everything from statues of Dr Naismith (shown below in a picture with the equally famous Daria) to shoes from Dr J, the hall of fame has a little bit of something for everyone (even Daria, who isn't much of a basketball fan, had fun here -- or at least I *think* she did). Below are some pictures of stuff found in the hall of fame -- Kareem's shoes and the basketball used by John Stockton when he broken Magic Johnson's record for most assists (now he's WAAY past Magic, but at one time he actually had fewer). Anyhow, it's probably worth the 15 bucks or so you'll spend on admission... you can even shoot some hoops on the 1st floor of the hall of fame, after you're done looking at how the old pros did it...
